• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have legal authority to enter agreements;
• Your provided information is accurate and complete.

• PayMullet offers $0 fee programs and free terminal options (with approval).
• Equipment may remain property of PayMullet unless otherwise stated.
• Misuse or tampering may result in fees or termination.

• While PayMullet offers a $0 fee program, certain charges may still apply depending on transaction type.
• Additional services or upgrades may include separate fees.
• Merchants are responsible for chargebacks, fines, and retrieval requests.

• Maintain accurate business and contact information.
• Protect login credentials.
• Notify PayMullet of unauthorized activity.

You agree to follow federal, state, local laws, and card network rules. Fraudulent or illegal use is prohibited.

PayMullet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid within 12 months prior.

You agree to defend and indemnify PayMullet from any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from misuse of our Services.

All PayMullet content and branding is protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time.

These Terms are governed by Florida law.

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
