Email unsubscribe
Plain-English summary
Submit the form below to unsubscribe from PayMullet marketing email. We honor unsubscribe requests within 24 hours, well inside the 10-business-day limit required by CAN-SPAM. You will still receive transactional email (receipts, deposit notices, password resets, security alerts, fraud warnings) unless you close your account — those are not marketing and are required to operate your account.
Unsubscribe form
What happens next
- We suppress your address in our outbound marketing platform within 24 hours.
- We send one final confirmation email titled “You’ve been unsubscribed”. This is not marketing — it is required by CAN-SPAM so you have a receipt.
- The suppression is permanent. Even if a sales rep tries to add you back manually, our platform blocks the send.
Transactional email you will still receive
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email because those messages are legally required or operationally critical:
- Receipts, deposit notices, funding summaries
- Password resets and security codes (2FA)
- Fraud alerts and chargeback notifications
- Statement-of-account, 1099-K issuance, and other tax/legal notices
- Notices of material changes to the Terms, Privacy Policy, or fee schedule
- Service outage and scheduled maintenance alerts
To stop these, you must close your merchant account. See the Terms of Service for the account-closure process, final-settlement timelines, and any reserve-release schedules.
