Common questions
Can techs take payment in the field?
Yes. We provide a mobile card reader (Valor RCKT or a SwipeSimple reader) that pairs with a phone or tablet. Techs can swipe, dip, or tap on-site and the customer gets an emailed receipt.
What about recurring maintenance contracts?
Tokenized card-on-file lets you charge the same card automatically on whatever schedule the contract specifies — quarterly HVAC tune-ups, monthly lawn service, etc. Failed cards get automatic retry logic.
Do you support ACH for big commercial jobs?
Yes. For invoices over a few thousand dollars, ACH is usually cheaper than card. We can enable both on the same merchant account and let the customer choose.
